Our Process

Step 1: Initial Consult

We will get to know each other and get to know your property. We will discuss the scope of work and provide rough estimates so you know what to expect moving forward.

Step 2: Design

We come out with our designer and have another meet and greet. We go into every detail and make sure you and our designer are on the same page. We begin creating a detailed quote.

Step 3: Contract & Deposit

initial quote is presented and ask for a 10% deposit. You will have the opportunity to continue to work with us until the design is perfected. At this point, we will have finalized everything including material choices and the exact scope of work. We then give you our final quote so you have an exact price for the job.

Step 4: Final Drawings and Permits

We complete all the necessary structural drawings. We move forward with permit applications and finalize the logistics and scheduling.

Step 5: Construction

The most exciting part of the process! One or both of the company owners will be on site every day to manage and oversee the project. We communicate with you and your neighbours to ensure that our work interferes as little as possible.

Step 6: Final Product

We go through the entire project to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. We then issue our final invoice as well as a written warranty contract for our work.
